The Trial Balance Worksheet report allows you to print a single-line list of all detail accounts showing the debit or credit balance of each account with work columns for adjusting entries and adjusting balances.

This report runs based on your currently selected period. Change the currently selected period to run the report on a different period (More Information).
On the Filters tab select the levels you want to include on the report in the Account Structure area. The Account Number filter allows you to further narrow down which accounts you want to display on the report. Selecting any option other than Show All displays field(s) so you can input the number(s).
If you see companies listed in the Account Structure filter, see General Ledger Plus for information on running reports.
Select the Change Appearance? check box in order to change the font type and size. There is also a drop-down option to control the white space between the columns by a percentage.

Select your Print Amount: Year To Date or Current Period. Choose your Line Spacing and finally your Page Break Options: either none or Department.
Click the Run Report button to display a preview of your Trial Balance Worksheet report. You may also click the Clear Preferences link to reset all of your report preferences to their initial values. Once the preview displays you can navigate the pages, export to several formats (e.g., PDF, Excel, Word), and Print. Click Report Preferences on the blue bar above the report preview to return to Report Preferences or click the Close Report button to return to the main General Ledger page.
