The Project List report allows you to print out all of your projects and their setup information.
This Help page contains the following sections:
On the Filters tab use the Date filter to select the time frame from which you want to view projects. Additional date filters may appear depending on what option you choose.
Use the Companies filter to select which (or all) companies from whom to display project information. You can also select to Show Inactive Projects.
On the Options tab select your Report Options:
•Print Setup Information
•Print Companies Selected
You can also choose to Sort By Project # or Name. For each project the following columns are displayed:
Click the Run Report button to display a preview of your Project Listing Report. You may also click the Clear Preferences link to reset all of your report preferences to their initial values. Once the preview displays you can navigate the pages, export to several formats (e.g., PDF, Excel, Word), and Print. Click Report Preferences on the blue bar above the report preview to return to Report Preferences or click the Close Report button to return to the main General Ledger page.
