Kiosk giving provides an opportunity for members to make donations or register for events on a kiosk in the church.

•To Uninstall the Giving Kiosk App:
If you did not choose to add Kiosk Giving when you initially signed with Shelby, you may contact your Sales Representative, Account Manager or the Support Team to inquire about adding this service.
Once a customer indicates to Shelby that they would like to add Kiosk Giving, a Sales representative will work with the customer to ensure their account is activated for Kiosk Giving and place the order for the Kiosks.
The Kiosk will be delivered directly to the church. The following instructions will assist in preparing the device to be used for Giving.
Instructions for installing ShelbyNext Giving Kiosk software and credit card reader:
1. Verify that the iPad has the latest iOS version installed by going to Settings > General > Software Update.
a. If an update is available, click on Download and Install.
2. Open Safari and go to www.mokimanage.com.
3. Enter the Enroll Code: RDDDSJV (the Enroll Code may change periodically when the program is updated)
NOTE: If you are using an older iPad with iOS 9.3.5 or older, please call our support team at 888.697.4352 to request the Kiosk app be pushed to your device.
4. Select the Arrow > Install Profile (If prompted, select Allow)
5. Click Install twice then click Trust.
6. When you see the App Application prompt click Install (This could take a few seconds to prompt)
7. Close out of Safari.
8. Click the Church Kiosk then click Trust.
9. Select Kiosk Settings.
10. Enter the Kiosk Profile ID, Username and Password.
NOTE: Kiosk credentials can be found in the ShelbyNext Giving Admin Control Panel (https://shelbygiving.com/cp3o) under Organization > Settings.

Kiosk ID: 12345
Kiosk Username: example123
Kiosk Password: example123
11. Click Save Settings.
1. Select Launch Kiosk.
2. Close the App by double clicking the home button and swiping the kiosk screen up.
3. Open the kiosk app by clicking/tapping Launch Kiosk. The church/organization’s profile will be loaded.
4. Now insert the card reader and run a test transaction to make sure everything is working correctly.
5. Select Give Now.
6. Select a Fund from available list.
7. Enter $0.01 in the Budget field and click Process Payment.
8. Insert Card reader in the microphone input on the iPad.
9. Church Management would like access to Microphone: Click Ok.
10. The app will prompt you to turn the Volume all the way up using the physical buttons on the side of the iPad.
11. Cancel current donation and repeat steps 5-7.
12. App will prompt you to:
a. Swipe your card.
b. Enter email address.
c. Submit Payment.
You can request to use a custom logo in the header of the Kiosk app through Giving Support.
If having trouble with the card reader, confirm the following settings:
•Bluetooth: Off (Settings > Bluetooth)
•Volume: Full Volume (Settings > Sounds > Ringer And Alerts > All the way to the right)
•Change with Buttons: Enabled (Settings > Sounds > Change with Buttons > Green)
•Location Services: On (Settings > Privacy)
•Microphone: Slider green (Settings > Privacy)
To Uninstall the Giving Kiosk App:
1. Remove the Giving Kiosk device management profile. This is done under Settings > General > Device Management.
2. Delete the Church Kiosk app from the home screen (long press the app, then press the x to delete). If the app still displays in the Dock after removing it from the home screen, remove it from the Dock as well.
1. Click Give.
2. Choose a Fund.
3. Specify the Amount. The note is optional.
4. Tap Give Now.
5. Choose Add More to Gift if you want to donate to another fund. Otherwise, tap Process Payment.
6. Follow the prompts on the screen to swipe your card.
The events shown are those setup in your Giving Management Portal using Forms (old).
Events may or may not require payment.
