The mobile giving app allows donors to not only make donations through the mobile app but lets them see their giving history, manage their account settings, and payment methods. The Mobile Giving App is primarily used if your ChMS is Arena or v.5 although anyone can give using this method. See Give Using the Membership Mobile App if ShelbyNext | Membership is your primary ChMS.

•Make a Donation (One Time Gift)
1. Install the ShelbyNext | Giving app on your mobile device from the Apple or Android App Store. To locate the app, Search ShelbyNext and choose “ShelbyNext | Giving”.
2. Open the app and Search on the Organization Name and/or Zip Code to locate your organization.
3. Choose your organization from the Search Results.
4. If you are a new user, choose “Create an Account” and complete the information form. Otherwise, sign-in using your existing email and password.
NOTE: Use Forgot Password if you need a new password emailed to you.
Make a Donation (One Time Gift)
1. Tap Give located at the bottom of the screen, complete the information for Amount, Method, and Fund. Tap Next to continue.
NOTE: Please “Add a new payment method” if needed.
2. The confirmation screen opens allowing you to verify the information is correct.
3. Tap Give to submit your donation.
Tap History located at the bottom of the screen to view your giving history.
1. Tap Recurring located at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap “+” to add a Recurring Gift.
3. Tap Setup recurring gift.
4. Choose Weekly, Biweekly, or Monthly.
5. Indicate the day in which the scheduled gift begins and tap Done.
6. Enter the Amount, Method, and Fund for the recurring gift and tap Next when done.
7. The confirm screen opens allowing you to verify the information is correct.
8. Tap Give to submit and schedule the recurring gift.
