Giving Form Options

 

Forms allow for clean simple, modern giving experience for your donors

If you are looking for a fresh look for your Online Giving Portal, consider one of these three form options

These form options can be edited by selecting Forms from the left navigation menu.

 

This Section Includes:

•Fund Dropdown(s) - Default Giving Form

•User Amount

•Amount Box

•Login Screen

•Registration Screen

 

Fund Dropdown(s) - Default Giving Form

 Donors may quickly choose their fund and enter their donation amount. They can add as many gifts as they would like in one transaction by clicking Add Donation. 

This is the default form version, but other options are available. Examples on the next page. (Color, design, etc. are customizable to emulate your website design)

The new form design allows you to imbed the giving form directly into your site, so it looks like the donor has never left your webpage. You can still redirect to a ShelbyNext Giving Donation page if you would like.

 

User Amount

 Donor only needs to enter an amount, no fund list selection. Great to embed on specific ministry/mission pages to minimize confusion about fund lists. This is also a good option for simplified weekly giving. (Color, design, etc. are customizable to emulate your website design)

 

Amount Box

 Donor only needs to select their donation amount. All donations will go to a single fund. (Color, design, etc. are customizable to emulate your website design)

 

Login Screen

The new form design allows you to imbed the giving form directly into your site, so it looks like the donor has never left your webpage. You can still redirect to a ShelbyNext Giving Donation page if you would like.
