Columnar Report Setup


The Columnar Report allows you to customize your own report by specifying the columns and information to be included in those columns.

You have access to the following Filters:

Columnar Report Name: This is the name of the campaign.

Column Type to Include?:

Show All Types

Purposes

Motivations

Medias

Column Headings

Projects

Click the Search button to display results or the Clear Filters link to reset all filters.

 

Columnar Report Setup  Information Grid

 

The Columnar Reports Information grid contains the following columns for each report:

Column Type:

Name:

Last Run By:

Last Run:

Click the Edit  icon or double-click any donor in the grid to edit their record. You can also click the Add New Campaigns link to add a new campaign (More Information).

Columnar Report Setup Information Update

Type the Name of the report.

General Tab

Include Gifts Received as SubDonot?:

Print Name?:

Print Address:

Print City, State and Postal Code?:

Print Social Security Number?:

Print Record ID?:

Print Envelope Number?:

Print Area?:

Print Region?:

Print District?:

Print Blank Line Between Records?:

Column Type to Include:

Currency Format:

Columns Tab

Type the Column Heading A description.

Calculation Formula:

Select All, Deselect All or Select Individually:

Giving or Pledge:

Beginning Date to date:

Ending Date to date:

Type the Column Heading B description.

Calculation Formula:

Select All, Deselect All or Select Individually:

Giving or Pledge:

Beginning Date to date:

Ending Date to date:

Sort Tab

Page Break on first sort field?

Available Options: Either Click and Drag or click the arrows to move options to or from the Available Options or Selected Options panel.

City:

State:

Alternate ID:

Envelope Number:

Area:

Region:

District:

Save/Cancel

When finished click the Update button to save any information that has been added or changed, the Reset resets the page back to how it was before any changes were made to it, or the Cancel link to to leave the page without saving any changes and return to the previous page you were on.
