Modify > Purposes: When adding a new purpose or editing a purpose, you can now select a different fund than the fund used in the Bank Account.

General Ledger

 Expensify Integration: The ability to import Expensify transactions into the Financials General Ledger is now available for customers using a paid Expensify Business account. This value-add feature makes it easy to import approved invoices if you are using Expensify to help manage reimbursements for employees. See Expensify Integration in the online help for more information. Also, watch this Expensify Overview Video.

Modify > Budget Information > Import/Export Budget: Added an “Export to a single worksheet” check box. When left un-checked, the export works in the traditional way (one worksheet per department).

Reports > Designated Fund Summary: Added an Export Option for “Excel”. Previously, it only had a CSV export.

Reports > Detail Ledger: Made changes to speed up the time that it takes to close General Ledger reports.

Reports > 941 Summary: Updated 941 form for 2024 and eliminated extra fields that are no longer used in the new form.

NOTE: Although the printed PDF Form 941 has been updated for 2024 Quarter 1, the E-file option has not yet been updated. We expect to have an update for the E-file option in April.

Reports > Aging Period Summary: Corrected the Receipts column in the Aging Period Summary report to filter properly when using Sources.

Donors And Gifts

Reports > Gift List: Fixed the “Clear Preferences” option to clear out the Purpose, Motivations, Media, and Project filter selections.

Manage > Unposted Gifts: Fixed an error that could occur if any of the unposted batches contained gifts with no setup information.

General Ledger

Modify > Account Structure: Corrected an issue with the screen refresh on the Account Structure page. The system no longer resets to page 1 after the page refresh when attempting to edit Fund/Dept levels. 

Modify > Year and Periods: Corrected an issue when manually adding a new year. The grid was not displaying the correct reference of all levels being copied from the prior year.

Reports > Special Reports: Fixed the Statement of Activities report under Special Reports to prevent duplicate lines and to show headings and reverse signs when using the option to optimize the report.

Manage > Unposted Journals: Fixed an issue where if the user tried to edit the journal description of a Bank Account Management journal, it would revert back to the default description.

Loan Processing

Reports > Lists: Updated the Trial Balance report to show all loans and not just the ones with activity in the selected date range. 

Payroll

Reports > 941 Summary: Fixed the 941 Summary IRS Format to print the plus four digits of the company zip code if entered in the Other Information screen.
