•Guide you through the set-up and learning process.
•Provide tools for a successful soft launch to a test group and roll out to your congregation.
•Share communication samples that can be used to introduce ShelbyNext Giving to your congregation as well as reminders that can be used throughout the year.
•Supply additional resources for future reference.
This guide includes the below items. They are designed to guide you. You may not need to use all the resources depending on your ministry. Some of the resources may be used simultaneously rather than in a linear process.
•Launch Checklist: Framework for all the steps to consider completing for a successful launch.
•Essentials Set-up Guide: How-to documentation on configuring your system prior to going live.
•Soft Launch: Guide for testing your configured system with a small group.
•Communication Plan: Resource to determine how you will share this new opportunity with your members.
•Daily Operations: How-to documentation for the software functionality that you will use in day-to-day operations.
