Organization > Text Giving

(Optional) Text Giving Settings is where you find your designated Text Giving Phone Number and customize the Text Confirmation Receipt. This is an optional add-on feature. Click Organization and choose Text Giving to access the page if available.

NOTE: Text giving is for card transactions only. Text donations that are submitted with no fund name will automatically be assigned to your default fund. Text donations are NOT settled by their cellular service carrier. Text donations are processed and settled by your existing account with us. These transactions will settle in the same manner and speed as your online donations.

1.          Click the Click here to add a number to begin searching for available numbers in your area.

2.          Click Search to find available numbers in your area and choose your number.

3.          It is recommended to search for your number based on the area code of your organization’s location.

4.          After clicking the number you prefer, it will fill in the Reserved Phone Number field.

Once the Text Giving number has been saved, your donors can begin using it immediately.

Distribute this number to your donors to begin receiving text donations.

NOTE: A 10-digit text number is included in your Giving package. Churches interested in short-code options should contact their Sales representative.
