Refresh Cache

 

When administrators make changes to an Arena portal, such as adding pages, changing control settings and setting security, you may need to update the cache in order for the changes to take effect. You can also add “&refreshcache=true” to the full page address. In some rare instances, you may need to close the current browser session and login from a new browser session. In some instances, you may also need to delete the browser’s cache and/or reset IIS.
